Hidden Still Spirits

We had an awesome dinner here on the weekend, a little bit busy but definitely worth the wait. Everything we ordered was delicious and satisfying, the drinks were pretty good too. We tried the soft pretzel, tuna nachos, a plain burger for the kid, the coconut tofu curry and a grilled salmon salad. The nachos were soooo good, like eating a yummy deconstructed sushi roll. 100% recommend.

This is our second time here and both time the food and drinks were awesome.We sat at the bar and had Matt as our bartender. Matt was amazing bartender. He was super friendly and was well versed in his knowledge of drinks.

I can't believe we've been visiting Hershey for years and just found this place! If you love distilleries and craft cocktails, then this is the place for you. And bonus... they have great food too! I recommend the appetizer of chicken lollipops. They make a great old fashion with a few different twists, and I also loved the espresso martini. The general manager Matt even spent some time chatting with us about their distillates. 5 star service and quality for sure!

Wow wow wow! Our group ordered a variety of dishes (calamari, brussels sprouts, curry, burger, ribs, chicken sandwich) and everything was fire! The combination of flavor in the brussels sprouts was absolutely insane, thanks in part to that pickled ginger taking things to the next level. Our server, Betsy, was attentive and friendly, matching our raucous vibe with a an expertise that you don’t often see. We weren’t rude (I don’t think), but we were a handful, and she made our visit an awesome one. On top of her impeccable attitude, we were blown away by the speed of service and how quickly our food came out! Granted, the restaurant was nowhere near capacity and the kitchen was due to close in 45 minutes or so, and we’re likely keen to get out of there. Despite this being a Monday night, the A team was clearly on point, because everything was perfect. While slightly hidden and tucked away, Hidden Still Spirits is a shining light that needs to be seen by anyone and everyone traveling through Hershey.

Casual, almost sports bar atmosphere. Our server was fantastic, super friendly and attentive. The food was prepared well and delicious. I had the walleye grilled cheese sandwich, which was great. Don’t let the name fool you, it’s battered walleye strips covered in cheese with coleslaw on sour dough that’s fried like a grilled cheese sandwich. The mini donuts were warm, sweet, and delicious. Also, I had a classic Bloody Mary which was very good, not too spicy but very flavorful.

Good experience. My wife and I ate here tonight for a Valentine's dinner with my wife. We were immediately seated upon entering. The hostess at the front cou ter was very nice and took us upstairs to be seated. The only issue I had was we had a 4pm reservation, which was right around the time the sun started going down, and right across from me was a window with the sun right in my eyes. I moved over to another chair at the table, but as the time went on, the sun really took hold of not only me at my table but the people behind us as well. Should just get a curtain, and that would solve that problem, no biggie. The food and service were great. Our waitress was very attentive and felt like she enjoyed doing her job. They had a Valentine's Day menu, but we opted for the regular menu as we felt the Valentine's menu was a but limited. We got the Kung pao fried sprouts for an appetizer along with the bread service. Both were equally tasty and yummy. We also got a side salad and a side ceasar salad. Both were pretty large for side salads, but no issues as they both were good. For dinner, my wife had the salmon stir fry, and I had the short rib. Again, both equally good. One thing I would say is that for my short rib, it tasted kind of dry and felt it was missing something like some sort of sauce or something to help with the dryness. But the tenderness was on point. No knife is needed. Just poke with a fork and pull away. Yum. Overall, my wife and I had a very nice experience and would be back again to try some of their other entrees. Thank you for a nice Valentine's Day dinner experience.

Had an absolute blast here. I didn’t make a reservation - me and three others walked in. The service was superb. The food was fast and absolutely outstanding. I had the ceaser salad with goat cheese. Yum yum yum. Fresh fresh fresh. My friends loved their foods too. Being from Harrisburg, I’m giving this five stars for a short drive away.

Great and consistently good food. Came on a Saturday for lunch. Sat at the bar and got happy hour prices. The bartender, Spencer is awesome. Ordered Ahi Tuna Nachos, 2 manhattans, and the Jerky Burger. So good. Would order again. Don’t forget to grab a bottle of their white label bourbon to take back with you.
